Abstract

Necessary elements to meet people's language learning needs; It is a good teacher (instructor), a good textbook, a good teaching method and a good educational environment. In order to examine, develop and bring innovations to this field by considering each of these elements that have an active role in language teaching separately in terms of qualitative and quantitative features, field experts should work on multi-faceted studies and interdisciplinary activities. In the process of teaching Turkish as a foreign language, updating the studies on "the qualifications of teachers, textbooks and educational tools, the method and educational environment applied" according to the time and needs is one of the important tasks that those who work in this field cannot give up.
