Abstract
Abstract. The article considers data on diseases of the digestive system, causes, relationship with gender, age, dynamics of changes in the overall incidence of the gastrointestinal tract in the Russian Federation according to Rosstat, and finally, the structure of the range of drugs prescribed for the treatment of these pathologies, including including chronic pancreatitis, as one of the most common diseases of the digestive tract, in a hospital setting. Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract is an urgent problem in modern clinical therapy, which is associated with an annual increase in the number of patients suffering from certain pathologies. The concept of "quality of life" and its features are given. According to the Russian Ministry of Health, calculated by the Federal State Statistics Service, the number of patients with general morbidity of the gastrointestinal tract in our country has increased from 2000 to 2018. An example of a survey of a number of patients diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease is considered, during which it was revealed that heartburn, as a symptom of this disease, reduces the quality of life of patients, which is associated with a deterioration in work activity, sleep and wakefulness, quality of nutrition and satisfaction and quality of sexual life. Studies of the assortment structure showed the prevalence of imported drugs over domestic ones, in the used structure. Most drugs are imported from India, France and Germany, which account for about 55% of all drugs used. Nevertheless, the Russian market has a sufficient number of domestic drugs involved in the treatment and prevention of diseases of the digestive system. A list of drugs used in stationary conditions was compiled.
