Abstract

In recent years, all kinds of marine oil spill pollution events occur frequently. 基于GIS的海洋溢油监测技术研究
近年来,各类海洋溢油污染事件频频发生。海洋石油污染在沿海船舶溢油事故中不仅带来巨大的经济损失,而且直接破坏海洋生态环境。对于突发性海上溢油污染事件,模拟溢油路径以了解溢油情况已成为迫切需要解决的问题。目前,我国还没有建立起一个比较完善、可操作性强的溢油应急监测平台。对于重大溢油事故的处理,该国的反应似乎落后于其他国家。因此建立一个高效、实时监测海上溢油的应急平台显得尤为重要。本文针对海上溢油事故,采用。net平台结构建立溢油监测平台体系结构分析,并结合ArcGIS Engine二次开发工具包,使用c#开发了基于GIS的溢油监测分析模块。本文解决了溢油监测的概率与统计、溢油专题图自动输出、溢油统计数据自动生成等关键技术,为海洋溢油监测提供研究模型,为溢油应急响应仿真提供空间分析与表达的技术支持。
