Abstract

Guanosine-5'-triphosphate (GTP)-dependent binding of the agonist D1 dopamine (DA) receptor ligand [H3]-SKF 38393 is described. It is shown that binding of [H3]-SKF 38393 with two different populations takes place in the presence of guanylyl nucleotides, when they are absent--with one population.
