Abstract

A learning strategy that involves students in the construction of knowledge is the peer assessment, which allows the development of abilities in the base of the rubrics. This research developed a literature review of using artificial intelligence - AI techniques in the processes of selection and design of rubrics in the context of learning evaluation. The classification of information has considered the electronic databases, using the Zott's focus as the research methodology. The preliminary results prove that there are different manners of rubrics designs. These results reveal that the use of rubrics in the peer assessment processes is strongly related to technology involved within AI for support in a better way the teaching-learning processes. The outcomes presented in this paper could become a reference framework for scholars in order to support their rubrics design with AI techniques. Academics should explore the educational potential of the new education based on the diffuse parity methodology, which provides an assessment related to the contribution of students in terms of recommendations in words.
