Abstract
Individual attributes such as name, sex, date of birth, address, job, and affiliation are private and must be secured. A centralized management system for attribute information has a critical problem in that it cannot verify, guarantee, and authorize all of the attributes. To solve these problems, we had previously proposed a decentralized management method. This paper presents the implementation of our decentralized method, which solves this problem by assigning a uniform resource identifier (URI) for all attributes even when these attributes are managed by different authorities. All attributes can be accessed by the URI and the managed attributes can be protected. Finally, we discuss and confirm the feasibility and usability of our method.
