Abstract

This paper presents a novel negative differential resistance (NDR) voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) for microwave applications. The VCO circuit comprises a high electron mobility field-effect transistor (HEMT) and a p-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor (PMOST) current mirror (CM).
