Abstract

In this paper a new type of devices capable of transmitting electricity according to the signed contract regardless of the prosumer network parameters are need to implement the proposed smart grid concept is proposed. These devices support the remote-control possibility to control the transmitted power setting. An energy router (ER) is a power semiconductor device for controlling power flows between power systems, supporting bi-directional power transmission according to the setting from the higher-level control system.
