Abstract

The mechanism that provides the constant self-development and self-improvement of a teacher is an effective system of stimulating their activity. To stimulate professional development of teachers, an individual motivation should be identified and taken into account. The reward system based on flexible rewarding mechanisms can become a significant factor for the most teachers that influence the aspiration to activity developing professional competence.
