Abstract

The article deals with the cultural coverage of the “Region-Federation-Europe” relations in publicism by Ludwig Harig (Saarland) who demonstrates the characteristic features of the society regional development as an embodiment of global processes. It is noted the small regions extraordinary contribution to modern global processes using an ironic tonality (antithesis, oxymoron, metaphorical similes, metaphor).
