Cultural Intelligence: A Conceptual Study

Abstract

This paper provides a theoretical analysis of the concept of cultural intelligence with a focus on how one can optimise and derive increased value from factors driving cultural intelligence. The paper intends to present a literature review in which key theories have been summarised from the body of knowledge and contribution made by cultural intelligence in the modern workplace. Building upon this, the paper throws light on what could be the probable way towards future research in the area of cultural intelligence that would benefit future organisations.
