There were significant differences in the mean scores of QP, QF, and QK based on gender and job title. No significant differences were found based on age, nationality, and experience. These findings suggest the need for interventions to improve TQM among healthcare practitioners, particularly for males and those in administrative positions. Abstract

This study aimed to assess and evaluate the perceptions of healthcare practitioners regarding the different aspects of the quality of care in Najran General Hospital and examine how that influence their response to quality roles.
