Abstract

In order to assess the status quo of the smart grid comprehensive development level in various countries, this paper proposes an evaluation method combining combination weighting method and improved grey relational method. Combining with the concept of the smart grid, this paper establishes an index system that evaluates the smart grid comprehensive development level. It starts from three aspects: infrastructure, operational effectiveness, and policies and regulations. This paper combines ANP weighting method and the Emma-Kantiratry weighting method to obtain an integrated weight vector.
