Creating a digital map of the lower Ukrainian air space

Abstract

In the result of the work the requirements for the presentation of Aeronautical Information have been analyzed according to the international standards and defined the structure of a digital map of the lower airspace. The technique of the creating an open model of the digital map of the lower Ukrainian air space have been offered in this article for rising an informational content of air traffic controllers and minimization time, needed for making decisions. The practical value of this work is the ability to use the digital map in modern air navigation systems for airspace management.
