Abstract

Possibilities and improvements are considered of realizing highly accurate dynamic current mirrors based on dynamic analog techniques. These current mirrors, which individually memorize the input current, are insensitive to the transistor mismatch. The interferring parameters are presented, improvements proposed and experimental results shown.
