At the system level, the constituent systems are classified according to their engineering phases, and choose different system engineering cutting processes, therefore building a complete SoSE model. Abstract

An improved model from the V-model called V+ model is proposed in this paper based on the existing SoSE research and our engineering experience. This model aims to solve the problems arising from the lack of integrity, inability to decompose SoS’s capability in a static way and untimely verification of SoS’s capability when the traditional V-model of systems engineering is applied to SoSE.
