Abstract

In response to the problem of seriously increasing aging population, a new mode called “virtual nursing home” was proposed which relies on new information technology. 基于进化博弈的“虚拟养老院”服务聚集驱动机制研究
针对我国人口老龄化严重加剧的问题,提出了一种依托新型信息技术的新型养老模式“虚拟养老院”。该模式虽然是实现养老服务集聚的理想手段,但却面临着参与意愿低等现实问题,难以实现协同效应。因此,本文的目的就是为了实现“虚拟养老院服务聚合”,我们在MATLAB数值仿真中建立了三个主体(服务提供者、平台模型、政府),并研究了对服务聚合的影响。结果表明,政府作为服务聚合系统的外生变量,其监督概率、政府奖励和政府惩罚对服务聚合系统有较大的影响。最后,从政府检查概率、政府激励与惩罚的角度,对“虚拟养老院”的服务聚合提出了建议。
