Abstract

This article discusses various tools and techniques used for training novice and experienced lecturers on how to use different synchronous and asynchronous instruction methods to deliver numerous engineering subjects online and on-campus in the blended form at the Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT). Didactic training techniques and tools were developed to help lecturers with all experience levels understand the nitty-gritty of blended synchronous, asynchronous and face-to-face delivery of engineering subjects.
