However, a very positive and significant result was obtained for practice support of management and flexibility of the corporate structure, for processes innovation. These findings are important for academic entrepreneurs, as it enables them test the usefulness of a corporate entrepreneurship culture for the development of their organizations. Abstract

This research aims empirically verify relationship between the intrapreneurship culture and innovation in companies denominated Spin-off academic of Costa Rican public universities.
