Abstract
All optical dual control dual Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers Tera hertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (DCDSTOAD) based XNOR gate are proposed and described. We have shown simulated output of the XNOR gate which confirms practical feasibility of this gate. We found high Q value ( 9.82 dB), high Q value indicates low bit error rate for transmission and reception of signals.
