RESULTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AMUR REGION DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND DIRECTIONS FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

The paper attempts to assess the total implementation of the strategy of the Amur region as a Far Eastern peripheral border region, occupying a transit position, on the territory of which large investment projects were implemented aimed at improving the main export transport infrastructure that ensures the integration of the region into the Asia-Pacific region. The conclusion is made about the need to make significant changes in the strategic documents of the region, which imply an increase in the level of food security and improvement of the settlement structure, contributing to the integrated development of the region.
