In this paper, we present a design on publish/subscribe message dissemination (DPSMD) for vehicular networks with Mobile Edge Computing (MEC). Our design consists of message brokers that provide message exchange services, message handlers that excavate the potential value of messages and message hubs that bridge different parts of the system. MEC can be made use of in DPSMD to provide low-latency message services for vehicle users, while wide- area message disseminations are also well supported. The detailed descriptions is then given, including topic designs, subscription, publishing processes and message validating.
