To this end, a survey was conducted on the perception and satisfaction of each disaster safety sector using items in the six major areas of the regional safety index. In this study, policy literacy and performance were selected as factors affecting policy satisfaction. It was found that both policy awareness and performance had a positive (+) influence relationship with satisfaction.
