MOTIVATIONAL CHALLENGES OF ATTRACTING YOUNG PEOPLE TO THE IT-SPHERE IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article summarizes the results of a study conducted to assess the expectations of graduates of IT-areas of higher educational institutions. The difficulties of staffing the process of formation of the digital economy as a chosen priority in the development of the Russian Federation are highlighted. A list of factors that are decisive when choosing a future job by potential applicants has been formed.
