Emerging mobile applications: An app to improve literacy and communication for disabled persons

Abstract

This work deals with the evolving technologies in making android applications and a creation of an app for the disabled persons (especially deaf and dumb) so that they can come forward and stand up on their legs instead of relying on the funds raised by governments and different organizations. Not only this they will also be able to communicate among themselves and others by getting trained and lead in front for the country.
