In this paper, important hints and tips to improve dispatching situation, is presented besides clarifying the status of Iran power network with the current structure of AOC’s in next 10 years. Since the demand of each AOC is a nonlinear and multivariable function, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used for load consumption estimation.
