Abstract

The current state in the optoelectronics education included in the more complex microelectronics curricula at Microelectronics Department of the Slovak University of Technology (STU) in Bratislava is presented. Course outline and some examples of students' laboratories and/or individual projects present the complexity of the learning material. The traditionally high level of theoretical background combined with advanced experimental tools in the modern laboratories of the International Laser Center (ILC) in Bratislava located in the premises of the university provide a very good environment to educate electronics engineers with a complex micro-opto-electronics profile.
微电子教学中光电与激光系统教学的构想
介绍了布拉迪斯拉发斯洛伐克科技大学(STU)微电子系更复杂的微电子课程中光电教育的现状。课程大纲和一些学生实验和/或个人项目的例子展示了学习材料的复杂性。传统的高水平理论背景与位于布拉迪斯拉发的国际激光中心(ILC)现代化实验室的先进实验工具相结合,为教育具有复杂微光电子轮廓的电子工程师提供了非常好的环境。
