Abstract

The paper is focused on the experimental results regarding the operation of a new energy recovery system. The system is used to electrohydraulic driven a lifting system. The energy recovery method is based on the use of a hydraulic power multiplier cylinder and an accumulator. Three working scenarios are presented and the performance of the system for each operating situation is highlighted and discussed.
