Abstract
This research focuses on the fulfillment of the Educational Objectives by the graduates of the Industrial Engineering program of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. The main aim was to determine if the fulfillment of the Educational Objectives increases as the number of years of graduation increases. To achieve the research objective, a data collection instrument was developed and validated, for which its reliability was verified through a pilot survey. Then, the approved survey was applied to alumni who graduated in the last four years and the collected data was processed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The process included a reliability analysis with Cronbach’s alpha, a principal component analysis with varimax rotation, and a nonparametric analysis for k unpaired samples. It was found that the dimensions identified in the Educational Objectives make up three components, and that the fulfillment of Educational Objectives does not change depending on the number of years of graduation.
