Abstract

The paper briefly determines the key trends of science and digital university based on the experience of fruitful activities and development of the Novosibirsk Science Center. The deep integration of science, education and production (M.A. Lavrentiev’s ‘triangle’) and the active participation of federal and regional authorities (the ‘triangle’ turns into the ‘’tetrahedron’ in accordance with specialists’ opinion) within short timeframes enables to mobilize intellectual, educational, personnel, technological and management resources for solving practical problems such as developing the Siberian Ring Photon Source, the Siberian National Center for High Performance Computing and Data Processing.
