Abstract
This paper presents the results of a Raman spectroscopy study of the mineral composition of the spongy bone of cows. Twenty samples of bone mineral component (BMC) obtained from the spongy bone tissue of cows using the Lyoplast® technology were tested. The filtration stage was performed immediately after demineralisation of the spongy bone tissue. Experiments have shown that flow delipidation can be used to produce this type of biomaterial, as a comparison of the characteristics of this type of delipidation with vacuum purification has shown its economic benefit. The additional filtration stage can be avoided.
