To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher prepared a test for the concepts of sexual education in the light of the indicators of analysis. It was presented to a group of experts to achieve the apparent validity of the test, and to ensure the clarity of the test paragraphs and their relevance to the levels of sexual education. Students of the preparatory stage, calculating the time required to answer, calculating the validity of the internal consistency, stability, discrimination coefficient, difficulty and the effectiveness of alternatives by applying the test to a survey sample consisting of (150) male and female students of the middle stage, Then the test was applied to the basic research sample consisting of (250) male and female students from the preparatory stage in the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022), who were randomly tested from the schools of Babylon Governorate, and the results showed using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) and the program ( Microsoft excel) In addition to the frequencies and percentages, middle school students do not have the concepts of sexual education in a statistically significant manner, as they did not reach the state of acquiring those concept.
