Copy-move method in digital images occurs when a specific slice of the image is fixed to another area of the same image to hide or shield objectionable objects. Forgery detection methods aim to figure out the pasted partsor the fake regions. The persons who do tampering usually do many pre or post operations like rotation, filtering, compression, resizing etc. on the images before pasting them on to another or same image. Therefore, the tampering detection practices are to be very tough for any such operations.
