The method uses FFT algorithm to implement time-domain correlation, then introduces non-coherent integration and Tong multiple trials to improve the detection ability. Based on the analysis of acquisition time, we have come to the conclusion that there are optimum parameters, and then the means of looking for the optimum parameters is discussed. The conclusion is testified by simulations in which the acquisition time is not same among different parameters decisions. Abstract
A direct acquisition method of P code is proposed for GPS receivers.
