The steady state performance of the AFPMG is predicted based on a magneto-static analysis. The magnetic flux and air gap flux density distribution are obtained from the FE model where initial results are validated by experimental setup. A custom macro is developed to extract the induced voltages and the harmonics contents in the output waveform of the generator.
