Pada umumnya gangguan mental yang terjadi adalah gangguan kecemasan, skizofrenia, dan gangguan depresi. Dalam memberikan perawatan, transaksi terapeutik di rumah sakit jiwa sangat penting bagi pasien gangguan jiwa karena transaksi terapeutik berlaku sebagai undang-undang baik bagi pasien maupun dokter, dimana undang-undang mewajibkan para pihak memenuhi hak dan kewajiban masing-masing sesuai dengan hal yang diperjanjikan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat implementasi transaksi terapeutikpasien dengan gangguan jiwa di RSJ Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dilihat dari aspek implementasi pencatatan rekam medis rawat inap, pencatatan rekam medis rawat jalan, dan pencatatan informed consent. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transaksi terapeutik berdasarkan pencatatan rekam medis rawat inap di rumah sakit jiwa belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal tersebut di sebabkan karena kegiatan mengolah datarekam medis belum sesuai dengan StandarOperasional Prosedur (SOP) dan masih ditemukan adanya berkas rekam medis pasien yang pengisiannya tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai dengan PERMENKES nomor 269 tahun 2008 tentang rekam medis. Implementasi transaksi terapeutik di ruang rawat jalan sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dimana pada pengisian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan sudah lengkap dan berjalan sesuai dengan SOP. Implementasi transaksi terapeutikberdasarkan pada pencatatan informed consentdi rumah sakit jiwa sudah berjalan sesuai dengan SOP. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan implementasi transaksi terapeutik berdasarkan pencatatan rekam medis rawat inap di rumah sakit jiwa belum terlaksana dengan baik dan belum sesuai dengan SOP. Implementasi transaksi terapeutik berdasarkan pencatatan RM rawat jalan dan informed consent sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dimana pada pengisian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan sudah lengkap dan berjalan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku Abstract Background: Mental disorders are important health problems to overcome. In general, mental disorders that occur are anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and depressive disorders. In providing treatment, therapeutic transactions in mental hospitals are very important for mental patients because therapeutic transactions act as law for both patients and doctors, where the law requires the parties to fulfill their respective rights and obligations in accordance with what was agreed. Objectives: The aim of the study was to see the implementation of therapeutic transactions for patients with mental disorders in RSJ Southeast Sulawesi Province in terms of the implementation aspects of recording inpatient medical records, recording outpatient medical records, and recording informed consent. Methods:This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. Results:The results showed that the implementation of therapeutic transactions based on recording inpatient medical records in mental hospitals has not been implemented properly. This is because the activities of processing medical record data are not in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and there are still patient medical record files whose filling is incomplete and not in accordance with PERMENKES number 269 of 2008 concerning medical records. The implementation of therapeutic transactions in outpatient rooms has been carried out well, where the filling of outpatient medical record files is complete and runs according to the SOP. The implementation of therapeutic transactions based on recording informed consent in a mental hospital has been running according to the SOP. Conclusion:The conclusion is that the implementation of therapeutic transactions based on the recording of inpatient medical records in mental hospitals has not been implemented properly and is not in accordance with the SOP.
