Abstract

This article examines the need for changes in the motivation system of civil servants. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that public institutions have a special specificity and when it comes to effective methods of motivating civil servants, we must be aware that they will differ from the methods that are successfully used in ordinary organizations.
