Abstract
This article aims to develop and determine the efficiency of the training course on machine learning for industrial education. The developed training course consists of a trainer’s manual, a PowerPoint presentation, a simulation program using LabVIEW Program, achievement tests, and questionnaires for evaluation. The developed training course is implemented and evaluated with a sampling group of 15 selected trainees. The research results can be stated as follows; 1) the quality evaluation assessed by 5 experts obtains the average score of 4.23 (appropriate); 2) the developed training course is efficient in accordance with the Meguigans’ theory standard (equaled to 1.77). The trainees’ satisfaction towards the developed training package obtains the average score of 4.10 (satisfied). That leads to the conclusion that the developed training package is efficient according to Meguigans’ theory standard.
