The results revealed that there were significant differences between the pre and post-test scores in the Speaking and Writing skills for both the high ranked and low ranked government officials. The results also indicated a favourable view of ESP modules as an instructional approach to enhance one’s English language skills to execute their duties effectively. Abstract
