Abstract

The article describes the concept of building a universal modular multi-channel system for measuring, registration and investigation of noise for various electronic devices, including 1/f noise. Main attention is paid to the principles of construction of the measuring channel with low noise, the ability to work at very low frequencies (including DC) without highpass filter, methods of compensation for the offset voltage.
