Abstract

The work is devoted to analyze the possibilities of the information-measuring system, which is based on ellipsoidal photometer and Monte Carlo simulation of optical-radiation propagation in biological media for the problems of spatial photometry. The photometric images and the indicatrix of light scattering by real experiments and modeling were obtained at a wavelength of 632.8 nm for samples of chicken and porcine muscles thickness of 0.076 cm and 0.14 cm, respectively.
