The method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all 30 teachers at SMPIT Al Lauzah. The analytical tools used in this study are simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and the t test. Data processing uses SPSS 21 statistics for windows. Based on the research results it is known that simultaneously compensation has a significant and positive effect on teacher loyalty, that there is a compensation effect on student teacher loyalty at SMPIT Al Lauzah of 23.1%. Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on teacher loyalty at SMPIT Al lauzah. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all 30 teachers at SMPIT Al Lauzah. 本研究旨在探讨薪酬对教师忠诚的影响。所使用的方法是定量的。在这项研究的人群是在SMPIT Al Lauzah的所有30名教师。本研究使用的分析工具是简单线性回归、决定系数和t检验。数据处理采用SPSS 21统计软件。根据研究结果可知,同时薪酬对教师忠诚具有显著的正向影响,在SMPIT Al Lauzah,薪酬对学生教师忠诚的影响为23.1%。而变量X的回归系数为1.417的情况,意味着薪酬每增加一个单位,忠诚度就会增加1.417。
