We systematically and comprehensively analyze the effects of Chinese ICT listed company internal inventor cooperation network characteristics on innovation performance from three dimensions: network location, small world and cooperation intensity. The empirical results show that the relationship between betweenness centrality and innovation performance is inverted U-shaped, the same as the relationship between clustering coefficient and innovation performance; and the intensity of network cooperation has a positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises. The structure hole has no a significant influence on the company innovation performance in the network location. Abstract

The internal enterprise's innovation network is one of the important drivers of the drive organization's innovation performance.
