ANALISIS SENYAWA FORMALDEHID (FORMALIN) PADA DAGING AYAM DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

manusia, seperti bebas zat pengawet formalin bebas adanya cemaran mikroba patogen. penelitian ini ialah menganalisis senyawa formaldehid (formalin) pada daging ayam kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes kit formalin, sampel yang dianalisis sebanyak sampel diambil secara random tiap populasi. penelitian ini ialah dari tiga belas sampel semuanya negatif tidak mengandung formalin, dengan kata lain sebaran ayam kota Makassar termasuk kategori pengawet formalin konsumsi ABSTRACT Fulfillment of body nutrition is food security and food safety. This means that food must be avalaible in sufficient quantities and must also be safe for consumption, as free the from harmful preservatived in this case formaldehyde and free contamination of pathogenic microbes. This aims of this study is to analyze formaldehyde compounds in chicken meat at Makassar city. The method used in this research is formaldehyde kit test, the number of samples in the analysis were 13 samples which were taken randomly in each population. The results of this study were of thirteen samples tested showed all negative formaldehyde. The distribution of chicken meat in the city Makassar include the category free from preservative formalin and feasible consumption.
