Analyzing and Assessing Conflicts in Knowledge Chain Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Assessment

Abstract

This article defines the concept of the conflicts in the knowledge chain, analyzes the main factors which cause interorganizational conflicts in the knowledge chain, builds the knowledge chain’s conflicts assessment index system, establishes an assessment model based on fuzzy synthetic assessment process, and finally uses a case to illustrate the model.
