Abstract

In recent years, humanity has made a quick advancement in digital technologies. It resulted in the continuous digital transformation of society and organizations. One of the benefits of digital transformation is the development of flexible work arrangements and remote modalities. However, the speedy acceleration of digital transformation and a swift shift to remote working have impacted employees' performance and welfare tremendously.
