Abstract

It is difficult to manage the safety risk of cosmetics only by artificial feeling. The purpose of this paper is to establish an information system based on the cosmetics safety risk assessment model. which can automatically identify and quantify the safety risk, realize the risk grading and classification, and assist the cosmetics safety risk management. Firstly, based on the six-dimensional classification of cosmetic risk factors, a cosmetic risk index system is established by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and a risk quantification model is constructed. Secondly, a cosmetic safety risk supervision system with overall framework, database, algorithm of risk calculation and management process is designed.
