And to test the significance of differences regarding the exercise of academic freedom by scientific title and gender. A questionnaire was designed for this purpose, which included two axes: academic freedom and organizational loyalty. It included (45) paragraphs to measure the exercise of academic freedom and the organizational loyalty of the college teachers and the relation between the two variables. The study found that there is a relationship between academic freedom and organizational loyalty in general. It also emerged that there is an acceptable level of academic freedom and good organizational loyalty to teaching the college, although there was no significant statistical relationship between some variables of academic freedom and organizational loyalty.
