Abstract

This paper investigates factors influencing coupling ability of ironless flat winding separable transformer which could work for the contactless power supply system of the high speed maglev train. Basing on 3D finite element method (FEM), the coupling ability to geometrical sizes such as coil length and width, height of air gap and the horizontal displacement of the secondary coils is given. Effect of high frequency on the contactless power supply system is also taken into consideration. The work of this paper provides foundation for the optimized design of high coupling ability ironless flat winding separable transformer.
高速磁浮列车用非接触电源变压器的研究与优化设计
研究了高速磁悬浮列车非接触式供电系统中无铁扁平绕组可分离变压器耦合能力的影响因素。基于三维有限元方法,给出了线圈长度和宽度、气隙高度、二次线圈水平位移等几何尺寸的耦合能力。同时考虑了高频对非接触式供电系统的影响。本文的工作为高耦合能力无铁平绕组可分离变压器的优化设计提供了依据。
