Abstract
In this paper, we propose an integrated effective localized surface plasmons (ELSPs) resonator, which is excited by the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). The simulation results show that multipole ELSPs modes can be effectively excited. The structure can be used as sensors, which will be verified in our following work.
